iDM Professional is built for the professional business user and includes all the infrastructure necessary to establish a complete 'business presence':

Now you can choose when and what emails you want to access Alternatively, the users existing POP3 email account can be similarly archived; it's the user's email server
• An instant web presence for the business, easy to self-administer, and without the cost and complexity of a separate web hosting service; it's the user's web server

iDM Professional comes with a basic 500 Mb data repository and includes the efficiencies of the Auto DataDeposit feature to automatically transfer files and folders to the data repository based on the user-defined schedule.
