iDM Plus caters to the interactive user who not only needs to have the secure storage but also needs to have an easy way to aggregate, disseminate and share data files and folders of any size with other individuals or groups of any size (project teams, sales teams, departments, affinity groups, community groups, etc). The File Sharing feature includes the ability to assign read only or read-write privileges to the file and provides automatic locking of the file when it is open in the edit mode. The Sharing Notification feature alerts the receiver that a file has been shared and alerts the sender when the file is accessed and by whom. Finally, a simple, controlled way to disseminate documents without the typical problems associated with email attachments. iDM Plus comes with a basic 250 Mb data repository.
